SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within one to four business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard ship method is USPS / Amazon Logistics. Transit times are based on your distance from our ware house and will arrive within 3-10 business days. Shipping is available within the 48 Contiguous States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other US territories. No international orders are accepted. To inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: CHAMPKEY accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card from when it is processed. If the product was purchased from a third party, please with them get support.
Exchanges: CHAMPKEY offers a 30days warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects. This does not include natural wear and tear. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy, please contact Customer Service.
Champkey Inc does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility. If you have a larger product, please email photos first, along with your contact information to champkey@163.com.
